Flora Flow provides wellbeing content, guided movement, mindfulness and journaling prompts for informational, educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical advice, it is not physical therapy, it is not mental health therapy, and it is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed clinician.
Using Flora Flow does not create a doctor–patient, physical therapist–patient, psychotherapist–client, coach–client or any other professional healthcare relationship. Even if content is authored or informed by a licensed healthcare professional, they are not acting as your personal provider through this app and they do not know your full medical history.
Flora Flow is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition and is not a medical device or telehealth service. Do not use the app to make decisions about starting, stopping or changing medications or prescribed care.
Physical and breath-based practices carry a risk of discomfort or injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise, movement or breathing programme, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, peri- or post-menopausal, experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, have had surgery or have any medical or mental health condition. You are solely responsible for choosing what feels appropriate for your body.
Stop immediately and seek medical advice if you feel faint, dizzy, unwell, experience new or worsening pain, shortness of breath, bleeding, neurological symptoms or any other concerning symptoms. Never ignore, avoid or delay obtaining medical or mental health advice because of something you have seen, heard or read in Flora Flow.
Flora Flow does not provide emergency, crisis or urgent care. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency or are at risk of harming yourself or others, call your local emergency number or crisis service immediately.
Some content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (“AI”). AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, mental health or safety-critical decisions. Use your own judgement and seek professional advice as needed.
Any references to “clinically informed,” “evidence-informed,” or similar language describe the educational design of the content and do not change the fact that Flora Flow is not medical care. Individual experiences and outcomes will vary, and no specific results are promised or guaranteed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flora Flow app and related websites (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2. Eligibility & Accounts (18+ Only)
- Adults only: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. It is not intended for minors.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
3. Health & Safety
- Flora Flow is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
- The Service is not a substitute for an in-person pelvic floor assessment, obstetric/gynecologic care, primary care, mental health care or physical therapy.
- Consult a qualified clinician before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, have pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, surgery, chronic pain or other health concerns.
- Use the exercises at your own risk and stop if you experience adverse symptoms. If you have questions about whether a particular exercise is safe for you, talk with your own clinician.
- Do not use the Service for emergencies or urgent conditions. Call emergency services or your local medical provider instead.
4. Journaling (Not Therapy)
The Service may allow you to create private notes or journal entries. Journaling is optional, is not reviewed or monitored by Flora Flow staff, and is not therapy, counselling or a substitute for mental health care. We do not provide crisis monitoring or individual responses to journal content. If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, call your local emergency number or contact a crisis hotline immediately.
5. Licence & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
- Publish unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or harass others.
- Access or use the Service in a way that could damage or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with others' use.
6. AI-Generated Content
Some parts of the Service may use AI to generate text, audio or images. AI content can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on AI content for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment decisions. Verify information with trusted sources or professionals.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all content (text, graphics, logos, designs, images, audio, video and software) are owned by Flora Flow or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
8. Subscription, Billing & Cancellations
- Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
- Prices may change; we will provide notice as required by law and taxes may apply.
- If you purchase through an app store (such as Apple), their terms control billing, cancellations and refunds.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLORA FLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Flora Flow and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Flora Flow (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & Contact Info: email address and basic profile details you provide.
- Usage Data: app interactions, features used and session logs.
- Device & Technical Data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address and diagnostics.
- Optional Journaling Content: notes or journal entries you choose to save in the app (see Journaling Notice). Journals are stored so features like your garden history can function; they are not monitored in real time.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Communicate about updates, features and policy changes (where permitted).
- Analyse usage to improve content, safety and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and policies.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
- Service Providers: cloud hosting, authentication, analytics and payment processors who act on our instructions.
- Legal & Safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety and property.
- Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention & Rights
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account; we will comply unless we must keep certain data for legal or legitimate business reasons.

Journaling features are provided solely for your personal reflection. Entries are not reviewed, monitored or moderated by Flora Flow staff or providers. Journaling is not therapy, counselling, a clinical service or a method for contacting support.
We do not provide crisis monitoring and cannot guarantee we will see content indicating risk of harm. If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or are considering self-harm, call your local emergency number or a crisis hotline immediately.
1. Subscriptions
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (monthly from purchase date).
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Cancellations take effect next period—no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- App Store purchases: If you subscribed through an app store (such as Apple), refunds are handled by that platform via their support channels and policies.
- For any purchases made directly with us (if offered), you may contact us promptly if you are unsatisfied. We will review refund requests in line with applicable law and may grant refunds or credits at our discretion.
2. One-Time Purchases
Unless required by law, one-time purchases of digital content are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a technical issue prevents access or download, we will work with you to restore access or provide a refund/credit at our discretion.
